We build products for ourselves and our clients, so we take privacy seriously. This policy describes what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe when you visit texabytegroup.com or work with Texabyte Group LLC.

Information we collect

• Contact details

  Name, email, and message content you provide through our contact form.

• Usage data

  Aggregate analytics that show us which pages are visited, device/browser details, and general traffic patterns.

• Payment information (clients)

  When you subscribe to a plan, payments are handled by Stripe. We receive billing details such as your name, plan, and payment status — we never see or store your full card number.

• Project files (clients only)

  If you engage Texabyte Group LLC, we may store project briefs, design files, and other assets provided by you.

How we use your data

• Respond to inquiries

  We reply to contact submissions by email or direct message.

• Deliver services

  Project assets are only used to plan, build, and maintain software for you.

• Process payments

  Billing details are used to set up and manage your subscription through Stripe.

• Improve the site

  Usage insights help us prioritize content and improve how we showcase Texabyte Group LLC.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how visitors arrive — aggregate data only, no personally identifying information beyond what your browser sends in normal traffic. We honor the browser Do Not Track signal: if your browser has DNT enabled, our analytics scripts never load. We do not use analytics data for advertising, and we do not combine it with personal data you submit through forms.

Cookies + local storage

When analytics are active, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies to measure traffic — and if your browser has Do Not Track enabled, they are never loaded in the first place. We also use your browser's local storage for two small things: to remember that you've dismissed our cookie notice, and to remember your language preference (English or Spanish). None of this is used for advertising or sold to anyone.

Service providers we share data with

We share data only with the vendors that help us run Texabyte Group LLC, and only as needed to operate the site and deliver our services. We do not sell your personal data.

  Delivers the messages you send through our contact form.

  Website hosting and Turnstile spam protection for our contact form.

  Securely processes subscription payments for clients.

Data retention

Project files are retained for the duration of the engagement and securely archived or deleted upon request once work concludes. Contact submissions are kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain our records.

Security

Texabyte Group uses HTTPS everywhere, security best practices, and trusted infrastructure partners. Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) protects our contact form from automated abuse, and access to project data is restricted to the Texabyte Group team supporting your work.

Your choices

• Request access, correction, or deletion

  Email [email protected] if you want to review, update, or delete the information we store about you.

• Opt out of communications

  Reply to any email from us or contact us via the form to stop receiving updates.

Children's privacy

Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at [email protected] and we'll delete it.
